1. What is PureRecovery Concierge®?

PureRecovery Concierge® is a nurse-led, luxury concierge service offering post-operative recovery care, wellness support, and virtual health consultations in Tampa, Florida, and surrounding areas. We combine clinical skill with spa-like comfort — all from the safety of your home.

2. Are your services provided by licensed medical professionals?

Yes. All services are provided by experienced, state-licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) or qualified support staff under RN supervision. We follow the Florida Board of Nursing guidelines.

3. Do you accept insurance?

We are a private-pay concierge service. However, we provide Superbills upon request, which may be submitted to your insurance or FSA/HSA for potential reimbursement. We are also working toward Medicaid and Medicare provider status.

4. What kinds of surgeries do you support?

We assist clients recovering from:

  • Cosmetic procedures (BBL, liposuction, tummy tuck, etc.)

  • Orthopedic surgeries

  • General outpatient surgeries

  • Minor medical procedures requiring short-term care

5. Do you offer overnight or 24-hour support?

Yes. We offer Extended Recovery (4–24 hr) packages and VIP Day-of-Surgery support with continuous monitoring, medication reminders, meal prep, and transportation coordination.

6. Can I book a virtual consultation before surgery?

Absolutely. Our Free Virtual Consultation lets you meet with a nurse, ask questions, and receive personalized recommendations on what to expect during your recovery.

7. Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

We are based in Tampa, Florida, and provide in-person care throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and surrounding counties. Virtual services are available to all clients regardless of location.

8. What is included in your memberships?

Memberships provide digital access to recovery protocols, supplement guides, exclusive forms, discounts, and priority access to nurses. Higher tiers include virtual or in-home care sessions.

9. What if I have an emergency?

PureRecovery Concierge® does not provide emergency or urgent medical care. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

10. How do I book a service?
