1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using services from PureRecovery Concierge®, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions provided to you at the time of service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Nature of Services

PureRecovery Concierge® provides non-emergency concierge health and recovery support, including:

  • Post-operative care by licensed professionals

  • Wellness consultations

  • Transportation assistance

  • Supplement protocol coaching

These services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or hospitalization. We do not provide diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions unless explicitly noted and delivered by a licensed professional.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate health, surgical, and personal information

  • Follow pre-visit instructions, including access, gate codes, parking, and pet policies

  • Disclose allergies, medications, or health risks relevant to your care

  • Secure all valuables and medications before your appointment

  • Notify us of any changes in procedure dates or conditions promptly

4. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in full before service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable, as outlined in our [Payment Policy].

  • If a procedure is cancelled, funds may be held for up to 45 days for rescheduling.

  • If balances are not paid by the deadline, services may be cancelled without refund.

  • Accepted payments include: website checkout, invoicing via email, and approved digital platforms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No refunds are issued for missed appointments or late arrivals.

  • If PureRecovery Concierge® must cancel due to staff emergency, illness, or weather, we will reschedule your service or issue a credit toward future care.

6. Limitation of Liability

While on-site at a client’s location, PureRecovery Concierge® is not responsible for:

  • Theft or loss of personal property

  • Reactions to unknown medications, supplements, or materials

  • Physical injuries occurring after services end

  • Pets, parking fees, gate access, or environmental hazards

  • Any damages or incidents arising after our staff has vacated the premises

Clients accept full responsibility for their own safety and recovery between sessions.

7. Media & Testimonial Release (if applicable)

With written consent, client stories, testimonials, audio, and video content may be used for promotional or educational purposes. These materials may also be used in legal settings to document services rendered.

8. HIPAA & Data Protection

We adhere to HIPAA standards for all protected health information. Please refer to our full [Privacy Policy] for more details.

9. Telehealth Terms (If Applicable)

If using virtual services or Zoom consultations, clients must ensure secure, private access and accept the terms outlined in our Telehealth Consent Form.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

11. Pricing and Adjustments

All listed service fees are estimates and subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, client location, length of stay, method of transportation, and lodging preferences (hotel or Airbnb). PureRecovery Concierge® reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly and will notify you of any changes before service confirmation.
