Orthopedic Surgery Panel

  • CBC (with platelets)
  • CMP (electrolytes, renal, liver, glucose)
  • Coagulation: PT/INR, aPTT
  • HbA1c ± fasting glucose (as indicated)
  • Iron panel (Iron, TIBC, %Sat, Ferritin) if low Hgb/indicated
  • Vitamin D (25-OH)
  • ESR and/or CRP (infection/inflammation)
